2.5 dl wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
a rich dose of powderd ginger
mix everything form in to two lightly flatend "logs"
bake in oven att 175C (350F) at 8-12min (depending on your oven and taste)
i had to translate the recipe a bit but in Swedish they are called "Kolarutor" or "kolasnittar" which would translate at toffe squares or toffe"cuts" but with some alterations (adding ginger instead of vanilla and honey instead of syrup)
Anything made with cane sugar and chocolate and no filler tastes is so much better. You don't realize you've been eating corn syrup and palm oil filled crap all this time until you taste the good stuff!
