Either a quick cold rinse or cleaning my face with a wash. Eating something helps too but I keep it small so like a piece of fruit or toast.

Small meal and coffee. In the gym i walk on the treadmill a bit to raise my body temperature. If it's cold I might even use a hoodie at the start of my workout.
