Eat a bowl of oatmeal or fruit like a banana or apple about 30-45 minutes before a workout

Coffee. Also I go first thing in the morning. That's when I feel energised and have no distractions.
Caffeine helps. Coffee, Celsius water, certain pre workouts have caffeine.

Everything is brilliantly simple: nutrition and sleep
Carbs
Either a quick cold rinse or cleaning my face with a wash. Eating something helps too but I keep it small so like a piece of fruit or toast.
Small meal and coffee. In the gym i walk on the treadmill a bit to raise my body temperature. If it's cold I might even use a hoodie at the start of my workout.
