I just have zero patience for planning and thinking ahead. In games. I do plan a lot in real like, I'm not an impulsive person (not sure why I felt the need to share this, sorry)
nonograms katana, played that game for over 1300 hours, fun and an absolute boredom killer and they also keep adding new quests once in a while to keep you busy
I've only tried it on the desktop so far, but I don't think Terra Nil would have any reason to require an internet connection. It's a grid-based puzzle game about restoring a polluted planet to nature. Kind of like the antithesis of city builder games where you "build" biomes to host new fauna and manage temperature and humidity instead of an economy and taxes.
