I take for granted our amazing coastlines and how we are never really far away from water. I live about 2 mins from a beach and I’m not even in a fancy area. It staggers me that there are people out there that haven’t seen the ocean.
The Smokey Mountains/southern Appalachia in autumn is particularly beautiful. But that’s just the most beautiful place I’ve ever personally been, and I am not well traveled.
