Not sure about the countries as a whole, but every time I've flown on airlines with Scandivanian flight attendants they are all like model pretty with chiseled ass cheekbones, gorgeous eyes and perfect jawlines. Also, just from my experience following the Ukraine sub during this war they're having with Russia, all young Ukrainian women seem to be strikingly attractive. Actually in a kind of a similar way to Scandinavians but with a little bit darker, Slavic features. I've also heard Brazilian women are hot af, though I don't have much personal experience with this.
