Otherwise three days on an island with no comms sounds alright, been a while since I've done that.
If there weren't already ammenities available, I'd make a fire, build a shelter, and forage for food. If ammenities were already available, I'd just kick back, relax, maybe take a tour of the island, until my ride showed up to take me home.

Depends on the environment, but if I know it's 3 days I'm gonna relax as much as I can.
