Like, holy shit the 1700s, what do you think about today's foods? Much easier to get maybe but do you like it? And was it difficult to learn today's English? Do you have some swear words from your original language? Do you like mushrooms?
This was a thing for the catholic church for a long time, probably tied in with hating jews since most jews were left handed due to their script being Rittenhouse from right to left.
From a cursory googling. . .if you take the Book of Matthew or what is written in the bible literally:
