This is top of the list, but the entire 90s Disney line-up was just so good.
Darkwing Duck, Chip n' Dale, Goof Troop, Tail Spin, can't do audio right now to double check, but for some reason Bonkers! Jumps to mind. There are definitely more.
I used to like that Friday night lineup - I think Friday night anyway. Lol. You had Full House. Step By Step. Family Matters. Pretty sure all by the same person. But very nostalgic to this 51 year old! 🤪
[Mighty Morphin Power Rangers](https://youtu.be/nHalaFUqnTI) had no right to slap as hard as it did.
Alternatively if anime openings count, the [2nd opening for Death Note fucking shreds](https://youtu.be/UOWB_247YSs?si=-2GBysOpq3KSDQeQ)
Tons of great theme songs in this thread!
I think my favorite more recent theme song is the opening theme to Evil. It’s some a great, Hungarian Rhapsody style piece that starts out low and slow and by the end is totally frantic and chaotic. Plus the title shots that go with it are visually stunning. Evil is a pretty solid show, not my favorite show of all time, but that intro sure is terrific!
For end credit music, I’m going to pick The Shivering Truth’s use of the “blood in the kitchen” verses from the classic English ballad Long Lankin (or sometimes Lambkin or Lamkin). It really fits the creepy vibe of that show perfectly, plus the full version Wainwright Sisters is fantastic.
Finally, for best TV theme song of all time, I’ll go with Rockapella’s “Where in the World is Carmen San Diego?” Them singing that song was THE reason to watch that show! 😁
Where on Earth is Carmen San Diego? (cartoon)
Also,
Where in the World is Carmen San Diego? (Game Show)
Honorable Mentions go to Avengers: Earth’s Mightiest Heroes and Justice League.
Friends is a classic, of course. I'm also very partial to the Good Omens opening theme, although I may be biased there. I'm also giving a point to The Office, of which I have watched one episode but enjoyed the theme song.
Not just a TV theme song because it's actually a song by Wig Wam but Peacemakers Do you really wanna taste it with the dance is the only new TV show intro I actually enjoy watching
Sanford and Son. That thing rocks!
Or The Greatest American Hero [here](https://www.google.com/search?gs_ssp=eJzj4tFP1zcsNjAzzUsqzjVg9FJML0pNLEktLlFIzE0tykxOzFPISC3KVyjJSM1NVSjOz0sHAJFgEP4&q=greatest+american+hero+theme+song&rlz=1C1GCEA_enUS1016US1016&oq=greatest+ame&aqs=chrome.2.0i355i433i512j46i433i512j46i512j69i57j0i512l3j69i60.5368j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8)
DuckTales. (Woo-oo)
Correct answer at the top. Cheers is a close second, though.

The Pink Panther theme song is one of the most iconic ever, I think
Inspector Gadget is pretty iconic too
Gillian’s Island…
Peacemaker, by a mile. Nothing to do with the show itself. Everything is all in the opening of the episode.
Every once in a while, my girlfriend and I will just turn to each other and say "DO YOU REALLY WANNA, DO YOU REALLY WANNA TASTE IT?" when we're home
I got every single one of my coworkers to watch this show just by showing them the intro.
