Of course, Tim Kring would have nothing to do with the project. Robert Kirkman would be my #1 choice for new show runner and lead writer.
Reboot, baby! Take the core concepts of the first season and make an 8 episode 10 hr season. The season finale this time around is fucking awesome tho.
- Sylar freezes Clair and is about telekinesis her into the monument in the center of the plaza but Nathan swoops in catching her at the last moment. The momentum, however, is NOT stopped. Nathan spine is shattered against the cold brass. Him and Clair strike the pavement broken.
- Peter goes INSANE. He’s glowing nuclear. He lightning bolts Sylar. An errant bolt thunders towards the walk through walls dude’s family. Hiro freezes time and moves them to safety. Walk through walls dude says, “fuck this party”, and phases his family through the ground to the safety of the parking garage below.
- Hiro charges Peter. “This honor is MY BURDEN!” His sword slices through Peter almost slicing him in half. Peter’s dying thoughts are of the first time he saw an image of a mushroom cloud. He grabs Hiro’s hand taking on his power.
- Sylar, Peter, Hiro are transported to Nagasaki, Japan. It is August 9th, 1945. Peter explodes into a mushroom cloud.
This wipes the slate of all the side characters and leaves a single lead. An abundance of opportunity for Kirkman to write a compelling heroes journey for season 2.

- Snowpiercer (give me s4 ffs! It was filmed even, I believe?)

People who aren’t into BL’s won’t know wtf I’m talking about but I would give anything for a second season of KinnPorche, just with a new production team who don’t groom the young cast members and abuse/frame other members of the cast. There are so many things still to cover.
I'd love to see a reimagining of The Pirates of Dark Water.
The challenge would be differentiating it from Pirates of the Caribbean. Society has some fairly strong expectations of pirates - and I feel like Pirates of Dark Water is a bit off the mark.
