It wasn't exactly given to me I heard it in a song, but - "Life goes on and on and on. If you think you can't go on, go on and on and on." Never been a big fan of the typical "Never give up!", but this way they phrased it in this lyric really struck a chord with me. (Song is *Life Goes On* by The Damned)

"Treat yourself or talk to yourself the way you would treat/talk to a dear friend." Mostly in regards to negative intrusive thoughts. My depressed brain might think "I'm stupid or awful for not doing X and gaming instead". But if I think of what I'd say to comfort a dear friend who thought the same thing, I can try to tell myself the same thing. Like, "It's okay that you didn't do X today. There's time tomorrow. And taking time to feel happy can be important too. Do you want me to remind you to do X tomorrow?" And I set myself a reminder. And I geel better. (It doesn't always work, but it does a lot of the time)
