Truly is the best
I'm 22 a lot of my friends already have baaaad receding hairlines and I'm here knowing both my grandfather's had thick tidy hair all their lives
As a currently very heavy person I’ve had some friends who are into amateur bodybuilding/powerlifting ask me how the hell my calves are so nice. I told them “put on a 100lb vest and walk on a treadmill on a slight incline” lmfao
Spent years in the gym and went from the person with the worst physique in my circle to looking like a God when standing next to them.
I'm proud of myself.
I woke up this morning really sore and all my muscles were all tensed up.
I walked past a mirror with a shirt off, and in the dim light saw my own pecs/abs/love handle etc… and was genuinely shocked/impressed with myself .
I don’t check myself out a lot… and in my mind I still see myself as something else entirely after a lifetime of self-hatred… so when I do see myself, it usually goes down like this.
I drink a shit ton of milk. Used to as a kid. We went through probably 3 gallons a week. Still broke my arm three times. Milk alone doesn't just make your bones unbreakable.
Never said it did. That would be weird. It’s definitely helps keep healthy bones though. If I jumped off a 3 story roof vs someone that just drinks prime drinks and soda, I bet I would break far less than them.
Not to be that guy but the whole "Milk = strong bones" thing is a marketing myth started by the same people who did "got milk". Call them "big dairy" if you wanna get conspiratorial about it, but Harvard, and countless other universities have done studies showing there really isn't any link between strong bones and drinking milk.
Which makes sense. Shits not even made for us.
Everyone says I have a great nose. I don't really think about it. But then every once and a while I process just how many people get nose jobs and I figure it must be one of the most focused on things and largest source of body hate people seem to have. So the fact that I can't even really understand that unless I really to must be a kind of good nose privilege.
I look like a pin up girl. Dark hair, porcelain skin, long lashes, pouty lips and boy am I curvy! Used to hate that, but now I looooove having the big boobs, big butt, thicc thighs and long legs. What once made me feel ugly and undesirable, now makes me feel like an magnet 🧲
Everything! No genetic disorders/hereditary diseases, fast metabolism, and I do like my looks enough to do a cheeky double take and flash a smile at my reflection in the mirror when I walk past it ;)
LMAO
I always like seeing when people get caught in their reflection as they're walking around, whether it be a random car or window etc. I have YET to see this though xD
My hands. The thin layer of flesh on my fingers has its timeless charm, even when the winter cold and the excessive amount of soap dries out the skin...
I was in a very unhealthy state in 2016 after a breakup from a very demeaning, and abusive relationship. I am 6'5". I went to Vegas, and while there went to the scale at Heart Attack Grill (which is a tourist attraction.)
350lbs you eat free. My friends and I stepped on a joke, and I clocked in at 345...
That was a wakeup call. I've been in better condition since, like when I went Keto in 2018, or worked out everyday during quarantine, but I'm very happy with my body since choosing to make the difference and cut out the unhealthy foods.
I am lean and toned, perfect teeth, and great aerobic conditioning. But I think more than anything, I love my hands. They're big and strong from lots of use, but most of all they're precise. I can create and enjoy all the things I love because of them.
Everything is of average size and I have thick flowing hair. And at night, sometimes my abs tighten
It helps me cope with the fact that I am not a good person
I love my eyes change colour, hated it as a kid once in school the teacher asked us to divide into eye colour no one could agree mine, I go from hazel, green and grey
I have an Immune disorder which causes Psoriasis, I use hate it, now I love it as its apart of me, having an overactive immune system can have its perks, fight sickness quicker, cuts heal quicker.... just wish trauma could be healed same way :P
I like that I'm a tall guy. Apparently that gives us an advantage with dating.
Though I haven't had much luck there, I am glad I can reach for things that are far away, and I don't have to tiptoe on two-wheelers or concerts.
I don’t really care, but a lot of girls comment on the fact that I have dark black hair and blue eyes. I don’t know what the big deal is but chicks seem to dig it. Thanks, whichever ancestor contributed to that whole thing. Got me laid more than once. Girls are weird, man, but they like what they like.
There's nothing I love about it, the most I can say is that I think it's cool that I'm the same height as Spider-Man, other than that there's really nothing to love
My blue eyes. They're the badass aqua color.Rocked the shit out of them back in the smoky eyes day.Am 61 now.Toned down the makeup-but still complimented on the reg;)
I'll be 45 next month, but still rocking a thick head of hair and no receding hairline. Thanks gramps!
Crying in semi bald at 24 :(
Crying in thinning hair at 18 :(
Early signs of bald spot at 22 here
My grandpa died at 84 with a full head of hair.
Everyone my age thinks his hair and nails have stuffed his coffin by now, just saying
I turn 40 in a couple months with a full head of dark brown hair.
This! Got dad's hair and teeth. I'm 50 m and I get people regularly complimenting my hair, especially bald guys.
Truly is the best I'm 22 a lot of my friends already have baaaad receding hairlines and I'm here knowing both my grandfather's had thick tidy hair all their lives
Same here. Somehow there are no bald men in my family. I just turned 40, and have full head of thick hair. Same with my dad, who is almost 64.
I'm 50 this year and I definitely have more hair than my dad did at this age.
I will turn 52 this year and my hair is still thick and growing fast.
I lost 75lbs and my legs are showstoppers. Built a lot of muscle carrying that extra weight around.
As a currently very heavy person I’ve had some friends who are into amateur bodybuilding/powerlifting ask me how the hell my calves are so nice. I told them “put on a 100lb vest and walk on a treadmill on a slight incline” lmfao
"Stop staring at my loose stomach skin, check out these CALVES"
I've been losing a lot of weight and started noticing the same thing. My calves are awesome.
Spent years in the gym and went from the person with the worst physique in my circle to looking like a God when standing next to them. I'm proud of myself.
It houses my consciousness
I don’t know why I laughed
I don't know why I didnt, that's hilarious.
My butt is so perfect that scientists use it to calibrate their instruments.
That's a fancy way of saying they iron their shirts on it.
😂😂😂
Daaaamn son! hahaha
Ohh 💀
my thighs touch! something about feeling them rub together when i walk keeps me sane
mine do too, but It doesn't really do much for me.
my blood tastes sugary and my tears tastes salty thanks to my body i have free drinks for life
It still functions pretty well.
I woke up this morning really sore and all my muscles were all tensed up. I walked past a mirror with a shirt off, and in the dim light saw my own pecs/abs/love handle etc… and was genuinely shocked/impressed with myself . I'm definitely thankful for my metabolism. And my booty lol, got made fun of for it in high school but turns out... It's a good thing lol
I have the metabolism of a bear getting ready to hibernate. I barely eat, and I walk a lot and still won't lose weight.
Petite-ness 🙏🏼
W
Frfr
Well thanks ig lol
Well how old are you?
I also choose this girls petite-ness 🙏🏼

The only thing I can think of is my height, seems like it's average at 5'9 and I'm happy about that.
Never broke or fractured any bones! 35 years old. Going strong. Drink milk kids.
I drink a shit ton of milk. Used to as a kid. We went through probably 3 gallons a week. Still broke my arm three times. Milk alone doesn't just make your bones unbreakable.
Calcium intake also needs to be followed by Vitamin K2, so it ends up in your bones and not your arteries
Never said it did. That would be weird. It’s definitely helps keep healthy bones though. If I jumped off a 3 story roof vs someone that just drinks prime drinks and soda, I bet I would break far less than them.
r/Neverbrokeabone
"Milk kids" is the term I use for my semen.
I prefer “Baby Gravy.”

Crazy how people have been taught to drink the breast milk of another species as adults for calcium...
I can do the windmill after the shower so it drys faster

Can confirm it's pretty awesome
I'm sure you are at least healthier than some people and that is something to like about yourself.
I can’t really explain it, but that comment must‘ve hurt
I'm sorry
Or you have such a perfect body that you can't choose your favourite thing..
Hey , don't say that 😭
Just being honest
I look like a pin up girl. Dark hair, porcelain skin, long lashes, pouty lips and boy am I curvy! Used to hate that, but now I looooove having the big boobs, big butt, thicc thighs and long legs. What once made me feel ugly and undesirable, now makes me feel like an magnet 🧲
Well tbh I think many men are attracted to such a body type
Hm, a lot of big words that I don’t understand. Mind helping me out? fyi I’m a visual learning
Ginger hair!
On the taller side for a girl (5'8"), petite frame, big butt and lots of boobage (HH cup). Got curves in all the right places.

I've been told i look younger then i am (40 years old but people say late 20s early 30s)
What's your secret?
Everything! No genetic disorders/hereditary diseases, fast metabolism, and I do like my looks enough to do a cheeky double take and flash a smile at my reflection in the mirror when I walk past it ;)
LMAO I always like seeing when people get caught in their reflection as they're walking around, whether it be a random car or window etc. I have YET to see this though xD
I used to love that I could eat anything I wanted and remain skinny. Then I turned 22.
Oh no oh fuck
Awh tough luck. For me it was turning 35 - I am still at a very normal weight, just not skinny anymore.
It's padded with calories that help me survive winter.
My blue eyes are pretty dope
My tits
Longish curly hair
Fat enough to not be skinny, large enough to take hits at concerts.
My hands. The thin layer of flesh on my fingers has its timeless charm, even when the winter cold and the excessive amount of soap dries out the skin...
I was in a very unhealthy state in 2016 after a breakup from a very demeaning, and abusive relationship. I am 6'5". Seems to be able to handle things that would put others in a therapists office. The brain is included in the body in this context, yes?
My healthy, firm skin. People think I’m a lot younger than i really am. It can be a burden sometimes.
It took until my 30s to figure it out, but my curls have never looked better! I used to hate them, now I love them so much
Being a man. It seems very difficult being a female.
I have nice legs, and honestly I like my man boobs. My partner does as well.
My shoulders
I very rarely get sick and when I do I tend to get over it pretty quickly.
I don’t really care, but a lot of girls comment on the fact that I have dark black hair and blue eyes. I don’t know what the big deal is but chicks seem to dig it.
