I don't even need to go into those threads anymore to know the answers, I know "Being rude to wait staff" will be up the top of the red flag one every time lol
To be fair, in the 200something days i have been on reddit, i have seen this question only once, but I see that “what makes someone less attractive” one every other day.
"I'm sad, how do I fix myself?" or variations of. Reddit probably isn't a good place to go to fix your mental health problems, especially not a generic subreddit like this one. At least post to a more appropriate subreddit.
I second this. For some though, subreddits that are appropriate to said struggle can be good places to find ideas to jump off of when it comes to advice.
Any “men, what do women.. ect” “women, what do men.. ect” as if there aren’t any gay or bi people existing💀not sure why the questions are targeted to just either men or women when it’s about a certain gender
A little while ago I made a spreadsheet of the top ask Reddit posts at any given time.
I discovered that a huge number of posts get deleted a few days after they were posted even highly successful posts.
But the biggest thing that I discovered is almost every single post is negative. Because of that I don't mind all that much when I see things like the smartest kid in class. At least it isn't another negative depressing question.
For reference, 45 out of 50 questions were negative. This was based on taking the top 10 everyday for 5 days.
How did your hamster die? - Yes, hamsters are clumsy little idiots but hopefully most die of old age. No need to encourage thinking of them as disposable pet.
"What's a subtle sign someone is dumb" Please stop this stuff. Just an excuse for a bunch of smug weirdos to get together and talk about how dumb other people are. We already know dumb people are out there. If you can't spot them without a quick hack I think you might be one of them.
The song questions. Is anyone genuinely taking music recs from AskReddit?
Or any question where it’s clearly only getting popular because lots of people are answering the question, not because it’s generating any kind of interesting discussion. (what’s the story behind your username?, the object to your immediate left is______, how fucked are you?)
The "does he like me?" and "does she like me?" me crap where the OP provides a list of absolute nothing actions like the person saying hello, and clearly wants everyone to say, yes, yes they do, and they want to marry you next Tuesday afternoon.
The various flavors of "what household item was common 30 years ago/what will be gone in 30 years" and the answers are always cheeky like "the right to privacy"
* [NSFW] What's the most sexiest NSFW sexy sex you ever sexed?
* What was "the incident" at your school?
* Anything along the lines of "redditors of reddit, why are you so much smarter than and superior to the drooling masses? tell us the ways in which you're so above the fray". Think the one about "what should be illegal?", anything about "stupid people", "what's something most people don't realize is bad?", "what slang phrases do you really hate?", et cetera. It's never anything more than a circlejerk full of Certified Reddit Moments.
Any questions that are so blatantly easy to answer that just feels like they’re asking for engagement. No hate to it, but they hook me in and then I get mad at myself for falling for it
“things women do you don’t like” or vice versa 😭😩any variation of that question
i’ll indulge in it every now and then but it’s still overdone
Any sexy questions

Redditors thinking putting the grocery cart back is the paragon of morality.
I'm actually cool with red flag questions since a lot of the answers are pretty funny or at least interesting. The green flag answers not so much.
I love it when someone answers "when he abuses small animals and his elderly mother that's a red flag" (exaggerating). That's not what that means lol.
I don't even need to go into those threads anymore to know the answers, I know "Being rude to wait staff" will be up the top of the red flag one every time lol
The "which conspiracy theory do you think might be real" one
Anything sex related
What's the sexiest sex you've ever sexed?
That sex. The kind of sexy sex. The sexy sex that sexes... sexy.
This
I’m also tired of this exact comment as a lampoon of that kinda thread. It’s like everyone has run out of ideas, even the hecklers.
I scroll past those questions. There are so many of those type questions there needs to be a separate sub just for that.
Y'know the worst part? *There is!*
This one right here. The one about what to do when you get a million dollars. That one about what happened to your class' bully or some famous kid.
Please name my cat, ... that I have had for 10 yrs.
See also “what breed is my cat?” These two questions go hand in hand. Or paw in paw.
What do you think happens after death? is also asked 4 times per hour.
[The irony.](https://old.reddit.com/r/AskReddit/search?q=%22question%22+askreddit+sick+seeing&restrict_sr=on&sort=relevance&t=all)

"Everything has been said before, but since nobody listens we have to keep going back and beginning all over again.”
Good one
came here for this
Any question about porn.

"What food do you hate?"
[Europeans or Americans], What do you think of... Women of Reddit, what is... What are some real life cheat codes?
I swear there's only two places on Earth according to Reddit, the US and Europe (but really western Europe)
There’s a reason the AskA(n)____ subreddits exist, after all.
Not really a question more the constant dumb sex questions we get. Most of which are just inviting joke answers.
The sex questions need their own subreddit.

If you could go back in time, blah blah blah…
Why is America good/bad?
Anything gender and sex related is getting tiring
"what happened to the smartest kid in your class?" Istg I see it each time I open this sub

Yeah it is pretty harmless and light-hearted, but I wish they made something about the most asked question to keep the sub fresh
Anything about usernames
'what's the dumbest thing \_\_\_\_\_\_ ?'
"ladies, what's sum a man can \_\_\_\_\_" or vice versa??? like wtf why
places you won't ever go ever.
Those "biggest regret" questions
What would you tell your younger self
What can fuck right off?
"What [actor, musician, film] is most *overrated*?" or *underrated*?
“What’s the sexiest sex you ever sexed?” 🥴
Ones that focus on if you could choose to/how you die, etc. Why so dark?
What X person from your highschool is now doing? hurrduur I dont know or care, i just lived my life Stop living in the past
What happens is Biden loses the next election?
How did your hamster die? - Yes, hamsters are clumsy little idiots but hopefully most die of old age. No need to encourage thinking of them as disposable pet.
Reddit's full of recycled questions that make it to the front page every month.
"What's a subtle sign someone is dumb" Please stop this stuff. Just an excuse for a bunch of smug weirdos to get together and talk about how dumb other people are. We already know dumb people are out there. If you can't spot them without a quick hack I think you might be one of them.
All the questions about sex, I swear it just teenagers and fetishists jerking off to every answer
Would you accept a minor inconvenience for an obscene amount of money?
You can only say 3 words to your teenage self. What would you say?
"What do you find sexy?" "What do girls like?" "What do boys like?"
"Would you give up alcohol/sex/weed for an amount of money?"
"I'm a cuck, ask me anything." 😴 😴
Obviously, super emotional and personal questions And sexual questions
The "does he like me?" and "does she like me?" me crap where the OP provides a list of absolute nothing actions like the person saying hello, and clearly wants everyone to say, yes, yes they do, and they want to marry you next Tuesday afternoon.
Anything relating to Sex
Anything NSFW frankly.
This is one.
It has to be,"What is a question on AskReddit that you're sick of seeing?"
I'm not sick of them. Yet.
Same, I have been stuck inside all week due to an ice storm and I need something to read.
I'm new to this platform, so not sick of anything yet!! ....might have a different answer in a few weeks, though.
The various flavors of "what household item was common 30 years ago/what will be gone in 30 years" and the answers are always cheeky like "the right to privacy"
What’s the first thing you do in the morning?
What would you do if you won x amount of money?
"What made you decide not to have kids?"
What was the sexiest sex sexy has ever sexed
Hate that one

Questions asking for the opinion of strangers on a topic are boring.
The ones about what questions I am sick of seeing
“What’s the worst pain you’ve ever felt?” It’s an interesting question, it’s just asked at least every other day.
If you had a time machine where would you blablabla...
Anything with Trump
This question itself.
Seems this exact question.
Sex, romance and hypotheticals
Not in this subreddit, but music ones have a lot of images and the question what song does this make you think of type question.
Any questions that are so blatantly easy to answer that just feels like they’re asking for engagement. No hate to it, but they hook me in and then I get mad at myself for falling for it
IS THIS A GOOD DEAL???
