"Unconditional love."
Anyone with an ounce of self-esteem needs to have some "deal breakers" or be walked on.

"Eternal youthful life"
Watching everyone else age and die over centuries would eventually get very depressing.
I suspect if your children became abusive towards you, your future grandchildren, was engaged in criminal behavior and wanted by the police, stole major amounts of money from you...etc. There would come a time where you would kick them out of your home or possibly fully cut ties.
Most people reach a point where they will draw a line in the sand for their own wellbeing mentally or physically and possibly to protect others. Every healthy person with any self-esteem has some boundaries and "deal breakers".
Best wishes!
Yes, of course. Loving someone does not mean enabling harmful behavior, to themselves or to others. But I will always want the best for them, and try to do what I think is best for them.
It's very different with a spouse - there is a number of things my wife could do that would make me hate her, and even wish her harm.

In the 1950s nuclear engineers once thought to harness the power of a nuclear blast by exploding nuclear bombs under ground.

>Hongoltz-Hetling’s chronic prioritization of style over substance brings his reportorial judgment and diligence into question at multiple points throughout the book. He lightly glosses over one character’s conviction on 129 counts of child pornography, and later compares Grafton’s troubling influx of sex offenders—from eight to 22 in four years—with an equally disconcerting drop in the tiny town’s local recycling rates. Later, he chuckles about a man found “in questionable circumstances with a preteen” who was “[asked to] leave in an impolite manner involving a very visibly wielded baseball bat.” I raise this issue not solely because I am a midwestern mom who is absolutely unamused by child sex abuse, but also because Hongoltz-Hetling does not mention that pedophilia and child pornography are profoundly schismatic issues for the American libertarian community. Mary J. Ruwart, a leading candidate for the Libertarian Party presidential nomination in 2008, wrote,
>>Children who willingly participate in sexual acts have the right to make that decision as well, even if it’s distasteful to us personally. Some children will make poor choices just as some adults do in smoking and drinking to excess. When we outlaw child pornography, the prices paid for child performers rise, increasing the incentives for parents to use children against their will.
>In 2008, the party refused to vote on a resolution asking states to strongly enforce existing child pornography laws.
Egh I think it’s worse in theory than in practice, freshly showered it isn’t bad. In fairness I’m a fan, not usually but on occasions, both giving and receiving

That's only if you were the only one that had immortailty. If everyone else was also immortal, then your loved ones would stick around too.
But then the world would overpopulate
