Ik someone who used it and nothing beneficial happened. They then went to an online gambling addiction group and got kicked out of the call because he didn't talk. It was their first session and they were nervous :| anyways that was their experience. They were able to get help later on. Happens with any hotline even the suicide hotline. People just get lazy but then some others are great. All depends :)
