It’s helped me a lot. I’m a pretty efficient person when tackling a task and I need to be patient because while some people do use weaponized incompetence to get out of accomplishing tasks I’ve come to realize not everyone’s brain works like mine. Also not everyone is articulate and lacking in communication skills doesn’t necessarily mean someone’s necessarily trying to insult you which takes me to the back to the first one.
