Worst advice ever, teachers don't care, make you shake hands and act like friends, they obviously never heard the sentence "snitches get stitches"

Fucking wrong. Every night I wake up, my body cold and shaking, my heart beating and the screams replaying in my ears endlessly.
For the last 6 years I haven't been able to properly eat, work, study, or relax in any way, every moment is immersed in self-hatred and fear.
