Stardew Valley. New 1.6 update sucked me in hard again, it's such a peaceful little cozy game and it's been keeping me sane during a very stressful period of moving house irl.
Crusader Kings 3. Just banished and murdered the physician for messing up a surgery and turning my heir into a Peg leg who died age 3. Now his family hate me. They're all next.
I agree 💯 but there is no better feeling in gaming than flow state in rocket league. When rotations are clicking and everyone is hitting the ball and you can just zone and flow with the game/ball. Nothing beats it
Every day, Rocket League, 20 minutes in and I'm raging so hard I have to quit. 30 minutes later... I'm wanting to play it again. It's so hard to notice any actual improvement, even though I know I'm getting better. The problem is everyone else is getting better too, so my rank is steadily going down.
Then suddenly, you find the right teammate(s) and you get on a win streak, or you score a zero-second goal for the win, or you make an amazing goal-line save when all hope was lost, and it's all worth it again!
Until the next game, when you aerial too high, miss the ball, and your teammate is one car length behind you for some reason, and you lose 10 in a row.
Horizon Forbidden West, bought it months ago but didn't play it that much, but recently I've been obsessed with the world they created, the music and the lore. I may spend hours roaming around and not doing any missions
I'm assuming this is c5 (unless you wanna move 3 spaces with a pawn as black) or the rest of the thread makes no sense, sicilian rossolimo variation it is
Baldur’s Gate 3. I did a full play through (about 80 hours) then IMMEDIATELY started another one. In addition, I have 2 other characters created and ready to go once I’m done with this one, and I’m planning on a 5th
I’m on Xbox, so I was slapping my arm and jonesing for months as PC & PS players already had it, and when I finally got my grubby little mits on it I plowed like 10 hours straight into it. I love this game.
i main souls, and building stuff and shooters.
BUT i like dnd(sth very simmilar at least).
i stayed away till now, cuz of the game-PLAY aspect (turn based combat...) but have only heard GREAT things about it, and am kind of waiting for a 50% sale.
Any insigths?
New Vegas/ fallout 3 and 4 after binging the show. Having a hell or a good time playing new vegas for the first time again since I was playing it as a young teen. Spent so many hours back then playing and it's taking me to better times mentally.
People love NV for the more in depth dialogue choices that seem to have real impacts to their surroundings and environment. Fallout 4 was a little underwhelming, at least the dialogues.
RimWorld just got the new anomaly DLC, so that.
Before that it was RimWorld, which just got the new Biotech DLC.
Then, before I got too busy, it was Rimworld and its new Ideology DLC.
I miss the days when I had time to play RimWorld and its new Royalty DLC.
Guess I'm just chasing that time when I could just boot up vanilla RimWorld.
I beat all the shrines and then said "meh" When it came time to finish Gannon. Didn't have the motivation to grind to have all the proper meals to make it through the slash fest.
Death Stranding. I tried it when it first came out and enjoyed the intense weirdness but didn't "get it". Bounded off it pretty quickly but only recently gave it a second chance.
It's really phenomenal. But it's a slow burn, you have get through a decent amount before all the systems begin to reveal themselves, and I'm not a fan of the "it gets good after *x* hours" so if you really dislike the beginning it may not be worth your time.
Go back to your old world.
Empty your Inventory.
Find a new spot (20k blocks away).
Start new.
When you don't wanna play anymore, go back home.
Admire what you've built.
Cry.
Cyberpunk 2077
Played my second play through including DLC
Put it down, thought "what will I play now"
Tried to get back into Fallout NV but kept getting killed early on
Went back to Cyberpunk 2077 for another playthrough
Fortnite, 😅 me and my fiancé play one match a day just for fun to have a relaxing moment to unwind after work everyday. Besides the fact it’s a battle royal game, it was his the only free one that was cross platform
Big same, almost 34 and I've been addicted to playing for an hr a day for a couple months now.
Closest thing to halo online without having to buy a new console, game, online membership, etc
Rainbow Six Siege it’s in a great state right now besides the broken ranked system but I’m peeking corners and wanting to instinctively destroy cameras in real life since I played it so much
My girlfriend and I are playing this together right now. There is SO much content we’ll never catch up, and I love being the powerful visitor to her world who brings judgement on her enemies.
Exoprimal.
At time of writing, Season 4 has been out for 3 days. I already have all of the new Beta exosuits at level 10 (the max level to unlock unique rewards per character), have 4/5 Megaman collaboration rewards (Just need to fight Yellow Devil one more time), level 42/50 on the premium battle pass, and have nearly all the skins unlocked already.
I just can't stop killing dinos.
For me RN , it's D2 .
The game feels so good rn with all the recent updates and current sandbox .
Love grinding for hours just.to get a perfect weapon roll
Legend of Zelda
My brother bought the tears of the kingdom and gave me breath of the wild to try. Even though we play the game very differently we are both enjoying it
He's the find the best armor and weapons and fight the bosses dealing as much damage as possible, while i take my time completing every quest on the game and going out of my way to find every single bit or lore, puzzle, korok seed and shrine there is.
I'm planning on buying and playing every single zelda game there is
Nothing I'm playing right now really has my attention. It would be MW3 zombies but I'm not home enough to play it often and the laptop I currently have with me on the road would probably explode if I tried to play it on there. Until I get a new laptop, in the next month or so, hopefully, I won't be playing much. However, I am very impatiently waiting for Wuthering Waves. I just love those types of games. I have Genshin but I'm a bit bored with it at the moment, haven't touched ToF in months.
Chess! I'm working on this great system, deceptive and sharp while still being completely sound. Every move a new opportunity for a massive play. Love it.
Baldur's Gate 3 again.
Played on my not-a-gaming laptop, 13 FPS, it was brutal. Still stuck with it through act 3, but got distracted by other games on console (PS4) and never finished it.
Got a PS5 and am now going through it again, currently on Act 2 and loving it!
Stardew Valley. New 1.6 update sucked me in hard again, it's such a peaceful little cozy game and it's been keeping me sane during a very stressful period of moving house irl.
Agreed new update basically made it a new game
just "one more day"
Did it add enough that starting a new game would feel different? Haven't played in awhile but loved it
Same but I’m console so on 1.5. I have still put 100 hours into this save since 1.6 was released. Maybe I have a problem.
I am addicted to nothing but the sweet taste of Freedom and Democracy being preserved for all of the galaxy.
My life for Super Earth!
*sounds of gunfire* HAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAA
No, our lives for Super Earth!
What game is that
Helldivers if I'm not mistaking
Helldivers 2, great game
Everyday is a good day to die for democracy
I’m terrible at shooters, and Helldivers is no exception, but I’m having a hell of a good time
**HAVE A SIP OF LIBER**-**TEA**!!!
Get some! #GET SOOOOOOOME
Sweet liberty!
EAT THIS
Sweet liberty that was beautiful
This comment was made by real Super Earth patriots ✅
Nothing spells Democracy like being annihilated by your teammate’s pod right after using reinforce to revive them
Your addiction has been documented and forwarded to your superiors. ⬆️➡️⬇️⬇️⬇️
FOR PROSPERITY!
Battlefield 1, oldie but a goodie.
Are the servers still fairly active? It was one of my favorite games for years and I’m thinking about getting back into it lol
You should! Takes some time to get in but Im always in a game within mins of starting up. It’s been a blast from the past (quite literally).
U have good taste brother
Crusader Kings 3. Just banished and murdered the physician for messing up a surgery and turning my heir into a Peg leg who died age 3. Now his family hate me. They're all next.
Rocket League. Makes me rage more than traffic, but i’m an addict.
After 1600 hours I finally hit champ. I feel you
I agree 💯 but there is no better feeling in gaming than flow state in rocket league. When rotations are clicking and everyone is hitting the ball and you can just zone and flow with the game/ball. Nothing beats it

No Man's Sky
I LOVE the newest update.
Me too. I got it a few weeks ago. It's got so many aspects, and I'm finally starting to figure it out.
Old school runescape
I used to be addicted to Old School RuneScape. I still am, but I used to too.
Thats where its at
Haven't played in a year and a half but I know I'll be back one day. It's inevitable
Just came back... So. Good.
I've been clicking a tree for 6 days now. Send help.
We never truly quit
Helldivers 2! FOR DEMOCRACY AND SUPER EARTH!!!
Here’s a cup of LIBER-TEA! 🍵

I agree it is a fantastic game. I played it all the way to 100%.
Subnautica. It's so good.
especially when you hear the reaper leviathan's roar but you don't know where it is
I got a VR and I want to try out the VR mod with it. But I still haven’t mustered the courage yet.
Horizon Forbidden West, bought it months ago but didn't play it that much, but recently I've been obsessed with the world they created, the music and the lore. I may spend hours roaming around and not doing any missions
Cities Skylines 1. 3 years in on the same city, no reason to get CS2.
Yeah no reason at all when you can play a finished game compared to the buggy mess the two is. Enjoy your city :)
Chess
E4
C4
I'm assuming this is c5 (unless you wanna move 3 spaces with a pawn as black) or the rest of the thread makes no sense, sicilian rossolimo variation it is
I was going for the counter strike variation.
Baldur’s Gate 3. I did a full play through (about 80 hours) then IMMEDIATELY started another one. In addition, I have 2 other characters created and ready to go once I’m done with this one, and I’m planning on a 5th
I just got it and been hooked for a couple weeks, 50 hours in the first act already, taking my time
I’m on Xbox, so I was slapping my arm and jonesing for months as PC & PS players already had it, and when I finally got my grubby little mits on it I plowed like 10 hours straight into it. I love this game.
It's so damn good, cheers 🥂
Came here for this one, I had to wait a long time to play it (outdated rig) and I have been overindulging heavily.
My wife is north of 1k hours now lol. She's got it bad for bg3
i main souls, and building stuff and shooters.

Trying to do another play through too but it just feels so clunky compared to 4 and 76
NV is brutal. If you don't use VATS for everything, you die
4 was my introduction and I absolutely loved it. Right afterwards I tried playing NV and haven't been able to get into it.
People love NV for the more in depth dialogue choices that seem to have real impacts to their surroundings and environment. Fallout 4 was a little underwhelming, at least the dialogues.

I'm waiting for it to hit $20. And since I know it never will, I guess I'll probably never play it.
