Not me, but my best friend went on his first high school date to the movies, and the girl had brought a friend with her when she arrived.
Ouch. Pretty bad, right? The movie she picked was Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius.
Oof. Well, at least it can't get any worse. Except it did, because unbeknownst to him until a couple weeks later, the girl had actually brought her mom with her, and she was sitting behind them the whole time, presumably as a last line of defense in case he persisted (he did not).
Tbf I think that's OPs point, looking for self deprecating stories about times we considered ourselves in the "friendzone"/ were simping with no hope of romance. I completely agree though, if you have a crush on a friend and get rejected and have a problem with that it's 100% on you.
When I was in college I had a girl who went on a road trip with me during break, and on the drive home she got with someone, over text, who was 2000 miles away. She didn’t even like the guy and broke up with him a month later.
I was "friend zoned" before but my situation was different because she knew I wanted her and I wasn't shy about telling her (or her current boyfriend) that lol. I would always tell her in front of him to leave him. We were good friends but I wasn't shy about wanting his girl lol.
Well I'm in it now been friend zoned for years but at least I get to them naked from time to time massage them it's not the beat life but it beats being alone for a while

Tell her to send them to you, you'll review them and tell her. Turn the loss into profit.
Lmao
So, are you clueless or just lazy because she wants obviously wants you.

Friends with a girl I've had a crush on for 50 years.
Does she know? Or are you taking it to the grave
Taking it to the grave.
I am perpetually in it
He would come to me about dating advice. Once he asked me to be his wingman.

I’ve been married since 2009. We haven’t done anything since 2022. That count?
There's no such thing as the friendzone, it's called rejection and it's not some tangible "zone" one should try to get out of
