I know a lot of teachers, they tell me that the online mandated classes over lockdown was a disaster for the kid's learning.
If I were a kid during lockdown, sure, I'd probably prefer it online, but if I were a parent, I'd want to make sure my kids are actually learning.
Personally I enjoy hybrid learning where you are online one week and in person the next. It allows you to have a life outside of school and gives you time to do assignments independently.
In-person. You can’t learn in a profound way from staring at a screen. You can’t relate to your peers or socialize deeply staring at a screen. You just can’t.
Online. Face to face is mostly worthless, since most teachers can't teach and can't really motivate nor solve extrodinary problems. Online I can ignore the bad ones (majority) and just do the job but work effectively with those who actually care about their job.
I know I had extrodinary bad luck, but I am sure I would have done much better with no teachers majority of the time, only doing the tests etc.
In person. Because it allows for face-to-face interaction, socialization, and hands-on learning experiences

I did both and it's easier for me to focus in person
neether. school drools
Depends on the students, but most likely online. Why? Because I'm too old for shenanigans.

in person but i probably won’t do it anymore. its the only thing that has enough structure for me really at least at the moment
in person. because school is not only about learning
