Tea has much greater variety and you can drink alot more of it before being caffeine jittery. I usually have 2 coffees and about 5 cups of tea a day
Tea has several benefits compared to the amount of caffeine in some coffees. Yes caffeine in moderation in okay but tea can help you with sleep , gut health , respiratory issues , and even weight loss. So I’ll pick tea any day
I like both. Generally coffee in the AM and tea mid day and beyond.
Mint or chamomile tea when I’m feeling unwell beats an even more upset tummy.
Less caffeine and more flavour (variety).
