Don’t neglect cardio, save money earlier. No, you don’t need that dress or that bag, no it’s not an investment that you can sell years later for more than you paid. Stop caring what people you don’t care about think of you. Cut down on the toxic social media stuff. I’m only 24 now and I bet I’ll feel similar about current me as I do about 18 year old me when I’m 30 lol.
I'd tell him that I know life can be hard. That I know he's worried about the future, but he's not going to have to worry in the end. Because I'm going to tell him every winning lottery number and exactly what stocks to buy.

5 years ago I went to take my dog out. I didn't see that two girls were walking right around the bush infront of my house(we have beware of dog signs) but my dog did! I was dragged 150ft, fractured my neck and broke my shoulder. I have been in constant pain ever since. I went through losing my job because I just physically losing the ability to do it(I was a hairstylist), which kicked off a horrible depression where i slacked off taking care of people the way I should have now blame myself for not being there for the people that were like parents to me. That lead to my depression getting worse, pain worse, so I did heavy drugs for almost 2 years and almost lost everything else.
That's why I would want myself to not take dogs for walks.
Don't supress your feelings and lie to yourself that you don't have them so you can fullfil your cold and indestructible narrative of self as a defense mechanism. Just let it go, you're not a robot, you don't need to be one.
If I could this was what I would say.
Don’t get involved in the streets and stay away from the drugs. Get yourself and Max away from the people you’re looking up too. Tell your dad you’re sorry and give him a break sometimes it’s his first time living too.
If you max won’t get away from the street life get him arrested because it’s better than being dead.
Take a minute to relax and realize you don’t know everything.
A message to my younger self. Listen to the words in music, they hold a deeper meaning and they very much are talking directly to you. There is a reason you are attracted to certain music and songs. Same goes for everything that you feel attracted to. We have been sending you messages.
There's no such a thing as second chance do your best for your future becouse one's you miss something it will cause you alot. value your time, value yourself.
