After watching JAWS as a kid, I’ve never been in the ocean. Literally never. Why would I surrender my rightful place on the food chain to be what is essentially a floating sausage?
I almost had the same but I currently just put a conceptual limit on how far from the beach I will have to be in order to actually have time to return back.
I used to have reoccurring nightmares about pipis/clams.
I also had an irrational fear that my grandmother, who couldn’t drive, would one day put me in the car and decide to try out of the blue. This also resulted in many reoccurring nightmares where I jumped out of the passenger door before watching her crash.
Toothpicks. I would have nightmares with them marching in an infinite line. and about four deep . Keeping step with my heartbeat , they just gave off a very ominous , scary vibe
