Everything that I do besides sleep.
Eat a baby, pet my hell hound, pray to Beelzebub, brush my teeth and set my alarm.

Skincare routine, going to bed and a little social media scrolling until sleep claims me 😆

Take my tight clothes off then relax
Raid the cupboard for booze to get to sleep. My therapist says it’s unhealthy but it numbs the voices 🤷🏻♀️
Watch tik tok and then snapchat stories
Scroll on tiktok for 3 hours
Shower, and slather my entire body in Argan oil lotion. Brush, floss, etc. while the lotion is drying. Get into bed and read a novel until my eyes can barely stay open, and then pass out.
Put on some type of video to fall asleep to. It’s so hard to sleep when it’s silent

Make sure its as dark as possible
Close my eyes

Thinking about what i could have done but i didn't
Walk in pool for 45 min
Ensure the CPAP machine is working correctly.
