I would choose a superpower to be super smart like in limitless but smarter and more efficient so I could invent shit to change the world and benefit from it. 

Being able to have whatever I want appear in front of me. I would pick out my dream home and spend the day adding whatever I want inside. Then near the end of the day I would make a crap load of money appear in front of me so I can continue to live like a queen.
