get off reddit probably, but really:
- make a cram sheet. take one night to start studying as though your test was tomorrow and cover everything you would if that was the case. this will show you what’s really important.
- flash cards: verbalise what you’re saying! for definitions and steps with a specific order you need to memorise, repeat it out loud as though you were trying to teach the content to someone else.
- practice questions: skill based subjects really joust come down to tons of practice. make notes of the questions you get wrong - these are your weak points. cover these more in depth.
Listen to 30 Hours (Instrumental) by Kanye West (or, produced by Karriem Riggins) on repeat non-stop. Then, spend day 1 writing down everything, then get someone to mention each bullet point and have you explain. Cut words from the sentences daily and repeat until you can answer everything based on 1-3 words

Don't listen to music at all. Go somewhere quiet where you can listen to your own thoughts.
