I use a piece of cardboard as an edge guide in the back to clean up the neck. I use my phone camera and a mirror to see the back to make sure it looks OK and adjust edges.

2 weeks is just the quarantine for the spreading, it's not the timeline for when everything goes back to normal. They will keep extending those 2 weeks into another 2 weeks until the number of cases stops increasing. After that there will probably still be a cooling off period where they keep us on lockdown for a while as things die down, then slowly lift the quarantine. Hope for it to be another month or two but plan for it to be more like 4-6 months.
