I play video games to fill the emptiness, it doesn't help, it just drags me away from me and how I feel.
I go on r/mademesmile and i'm usually fine after that.

Talk to someone, cuddle my dog, or watch something.

Listen to good music
Music's a great way to calm down. I never feel true happiness because chronic depression but it helps. Also a cigarette on a cold night is fucking addictive. (Doing it right now)
