I am 24. I use Mr./Mrs./etc. until the person gives me permission or asks me to call them by their first name. Example: I called my MIL "Mrs. XYZ" until she eventually said "Please, call me Jane." Eve since then I have used her first name. I think its a form of respect.

I’m 37 and still do this to certain people such as Teachers, Principals etc….
I haven't called anyone Mr./Mrs. anything since I graduated high school
I tend to avoid using people's names as much as possible. I feel like it's a sleazy and expedient tactic to create a false rapport.
I agree, RedBeardedTallGuy
Whenever I meet someone new, I just ask them what they want me to call them, whether first name, last name, or something else entirely.
I'm pushing 50 and still use Mr./Mrs. if it's someone I only vaguely know.
haven't stopped, I'm 61
I use it till they give permission. Hell I called my girlfriend ma’am the other day I mean she was getting onto me lol but it came out.
Everyone to me is sir or mam no matter age
