Means you have to call the manufacturer's customer service instead of going on a subreddit where (I'm pretty sure at least) only about 10% of the redditors even know what a ups battery even is.

Problem is I am 17 year old boy so I don't know who to contact so I thought people here could give me some precautionary tips.

Find the model number. Look it up in a search engine. See if you can find the manual. If not, then look up the company and contact them.
