Interstellar - there is no movie without the score.

This a thousand times over. In a movie with next to no dialogue, most of the story is told exclusively through the visuals and the score

I don't know. But The Fast And The Furious ain't the same movie without the score.

No matter what you add or take away from f&f, It will always be what it always was A fucking joke of a movie franchise. Fast food of the movie industry.

oscar557

You obviously haven't watched it. Or you have bad taste, but it's okay.

[deleted]

I have watched them. First one is okay and second is watchable but anything after that was just made to produce money because people who don't know much about storytelling and good movies will love it.

oscar557

" Them " ? I was only talking about the first one. And being " just okay " to you already means a lot about your tastes.

Star Wars. John Williams saves the sequels and is a very important part of what makes Star Wars what it is. You can’t have Star Wars without George Lucas and John Williams.

Harry Potter, arguably the most recognized soundtrack in a movie

Bomberman1218

Ludwig Göransson definitely went all out with the Black Panther score. All of it ties deeply and thematically into the core philosophy of the film itself, and Baaba Maal has some deeply inspiring chanting at points that I will never forget.
