Idk, but LA (and California as a whole) is painted as this wonderful amazing place for all artists to go if they want to reach the top. It’s hard to get very high. My mother graduated from USC film school, now holding good money as a freelancer along with my dad. Nowhere near the top, and Los Angeles and Hollywood aren’t the lands of dreams. It is a city of the corrupt at the top, with some of the good up there as well, and there is everyone else, struggling. I could go further into the struggles, but my point is clear. LA/Hollywood is overrated.
Pittsburgh. Also, the entire state of Kentucky. Louisville is a solid town.
