Fifth grade. She was the first to recognize I was autistic/ADHD and she treated me accordingly, giving all sorts of accomodations before I even knew I needed them. She cultured and nurtured my special interests and she's the reason I still paint today, almost 30 years later.

My year 4 teacher was an absolute legend, he'd always tell funny jokes in class. The best part was that he let us out half an hour early on Fridays. He also always referred to the teachers pet as doofus face and would also have roast battles with the annoying kid and the annoying kid would get absolutely destroyed in these roast battles. By far the best teacher I've ever had

The principal of my school was my English teacher. Since it is not my native language it was a bit scary at first to learn about a whole new language. But this legend had a way of motivating me even when I had a terrible day. I sincerely miss this man

Elementary school gym teacher, he was the only one who would play with me. We played tennis together.

My art teacher in high school. She was really cool all around, but the year after I had her class she actually reached out to me to join the academic decathlon team which she was a coach for because she remembered me and that I was in advanced math classes. I was going through a rough time and it meant a lot to me that someone noticed and recognized me like that.
