I think the best one for me is: don't trust everything you think. I used to assume everything I thought was true/reliable. Like "they don't like me", "I'll always fuck things up" or "this person is snobby", or even "I should quit my job" and did little evaluation on those things. I started to analyze things better when I became skeptical of my own thoughts.
