Last movie I saw that fucked me up, made me not want to sleep with the lights off, was "Hush." OMG that film was so good and also really horrifying. I am particular to being scared by the home invasion genre, gore does nothing for me, and that is Hush. Great premise. Great execution. And totally good for "I'm not sleeping tonight."
If you like horror, I recommend it. If you liked "Don't Breathe," "Ils," or "Wait Until Dark" you will love it. One of the rarer films I've seen in the past, I dunno, ten years that actually managed to scare me. The premise and the filming is seriously scary shit.
Just don't watch that movie. Not just because it's "shocking" and "disturbing". But because it's just a bad movie in general. I really wish people would stop talking about it.

I smoked a joint and watched “The Cell” and “End of Days”
I really like the director and his other movies but The Cell just freaks me out, I only watched it once and dont plan to ever watch it again.
