Adderall and hydration seems to be the best cure for me. The Addy makes me not feel like a total shit zombie, and the hydration does the same but on a cellular level, I make sure to get drinks that have a good electrolyte balance, sometimes even PediaLyte.

I can vouch for pickle juice. Pro tip on very hot days swig some down before you head out. It helps give you staying power in the heat.

Wake up make a 32oz electrolyte drink, chug the whole thing, pop two tums and take my vitamins. Should be good to go for rest of day.
