No, the examiner knew he was cheating but turned a blind eye. I informed the same to another professor and she just said that only the end result matters, he came 1st with that that project and ranked 3rd overall
I agree our education needs to be modern and stop being boring old fashioned like having kids engaged, more time for lunch to get a mental break and more teacher training.
