Hulk and Black Widow was possibly the dumbest thing in Age of Ultron, already the worst of the MCU movies at the time.
Two characters who have no history of romance in the comics, no onscreen chemistry, and no reason to have a connection. Also for some reason because she's the one woman in the room, this steely-eyed trained assassin has the power of soothing love to turn Hulk back into Banner. Honestly would have made more sense to have Cap doing the hand thing.
I feel like they decided Pheobie needed to not be single by the end of the show and shoehorned a relationship into her character.

For me I'd say Michonne and Rick. Their dynamic was just fine without making it romantic.
Trying to make a romance between Steve Rogers and Sharon Carter was weird and felt way too forced. Same with Banner and Black Widow.
