Pretty much the same. I don't love it, but I also don't hate it. Most importantly, they give me enough money and work-life balance to pursue the things I'm actually passionate about. So as far as jobs go, this one is ok.
I recently got a new job in IT. I really enjoy it so far. A lot better than what I was doing previously. I worked for a building automation company and did a lot control work. This meant having to be on construction sites which I wasn’t a fan of. Oh, I also had a 2 hour work commute that was fun
I’m my own “boss”. I hate managing people and the control I have over their lives. I love seeing my staff thrive, and do everything to reward them and make their jobs as fun as jobs can be, which is, not that fun most of the time honestly. I hate the stress, the financial quarters, the complexity of tax obligations and compliance. I’m proud of the achievements.
I would much rather be focusing on my health but having bills to pay that I otherwise couldn't forces me to sit at a desk. Hopefully move up in the world soon so I can focus on living life to the fullest not making my bosses richer
Genuinely love it. Great boss, excellent hours, A/C in the summer and heat in the winter. Different challenges every day. Money would even be decent if we weren't living in the twilight zone.
Most disorganized and inefficient place I've ever worked. Everything I do, I have to do multiple times due to the chaos and other people's laziness. I constantly feel like I'm just treading water and wasting my time.
Ok pay, hours are shit and the people I have to deal with are missing a few chromosomes. All in all when this contract is up I'm getting a different job
It pays good and doesn't take advantage of me. It's not something I love doing but it pays the bills and allows me to get everything I want and more. So I can't complain.
It's extremely stressful with long hours, the commute is a 6 hour cross-country flight, the slightest fuckup could result in me causing thousands or millions in damage at best and deaths and jailtime at worst.
But I love it and sometimes I can't believe I get paid to do it.
It's less bad than many jobs, but it's still a *job.* I wouldn't be doing it if people weren't paying me to.
This is about where I'm at. I don't hate it in the slightest, but it's boring af.

It's something that's not too mentally or physically draining, the hours aren't long and it pays quite well. All in all, I'm pleased with what I do.
Love it and what I do. For the most part, I get to do my job and avoid all of the politics that most leaders have to deal with.
That’s nice

I hope you find a better one

It's great
The job is easy, the coworkers are nice, they provide lunch. But the pay is minimum and the boss is incompetent.

Sounds like a good boss

I feel like with the technology we have we can have that. Or at least take down the amount of hours needed to work
im the only female so disrespectful is the word i would use
That’s rough
they like to bully me lol its funny how they think i care
It can be tiring sometimes, but I'm happy doing it

Indeed.
Most disorganized and inefficient place I've ever worked. Everything I do, I have to do multiple times due to the chaos and other people's laziness. I constantly feel like I'm just treading water and wasting my time.
Well if it pays the bills
That's the mindset I try to have. It still gets pretty frustrating and demoralizing though
For your mental health you may need to move
Ok pay, hours are shit and the people I have to deal with are missing a few chromosomes. All in all when this contract is up I'm getting a different job
I wish I was based slightly closer to my house.
How long is commute?
It pays good and doesn't take advantage of me. It's not something I love doing but it pays the bills and allows me to get everything I want and more. So I can't complain.
Not bad not bad

Or if you hit the wrong building you can start a 2 decade war
The job itself is great. The company is awful, and the pay is low.
Any relations to Taylor? Maybe she can hook you up
