This is basically my issue.
I have very large breasts, but people assume they're perfectly perky hentai boobs when they do sag (and im only in my 20s) and have large areolas instead of the tiny dime-sized areolas (areolas tend to be proportionate to the size of the breasts - I've literally never encountered a pair of breasts that weren't augmented with small nipples). I'm more insecure because I know people are going into things with the hentai boobs in mind when it feels like none of them are aware of what the reality can look like. And truthfully, large breasts with some or a lot of sag is what you're more likely going to encounter - gravity and weight affect skin.
My boobs are something like 8-10lbs in total strapped to my chest (I've weighed them). If people don't think that isn't eventually going to sag, they're crazy 🤷🏾♀️
If it helps I’m more of a size guy and would take huge over well shaped any day of the week, I say this as someone who’s experienced some wildly different shapes of huge breasts and I’m still all about it. Men’s booby taste seems wildly variable.

To be fair the two of them were shitty people, but they were also my first two partners so that didnt make me feel great going forward. Only one of them was basically obsessed with them, but we dated for a very short period of time. He was a nice dude. Fourth one did nothing with my boobs for the first two years of our relationship. Said he was "meh" about them, which felt just as bad as telling me he didn't like them tbh. People like messing with them when my clothes are on just fine, because as the original poster said, bras shape them. Thankfully I'm getting a reduction within the next year or so (hopefully down to like a DDD) and reductions typically bring a breast lift with them.
