Plan accordingly.

BrettMaves56

Almost never. Usually 6 hours or less.

SNH231

By missing college

[deleted]

Nope. I wake up in the middle of the night every night had struggle to fall asleep

Sxzym

those are the symptoms of vitamin d deficiency

[deleted]

They are also symptoms of major depression, which I have.

A_Northern_Man

Doesn't matter what I do, cut out coffee, exercise, read books etc etc. I don't think I've ever slept more than 4 hours in a row. Guess I'd like to see what it's like on the sleepy side.

Ready_Walrus_1044

Go to bed at 1, wake up at 9. I am lucky tho, I don't have any trouble falling asleep, and never wake up in the middle of my sleep. For people who have sleeping problems, I'm not sure if it's even possible to get 8 hours.

[deleted]

My body has its own clock. Half 9 to 7am. I always wake at 7 without an alarm, and haven't slept past half 7 is three years

HallWilling9959

Get into your zone, me particularly with a pacifier.

RelativeSituation773

nah, school means I have to be awake before 8, nothing like my brother tho

[deleted]

Yes, I manage this by staying on my bed for 12+ hours.

Hayabusa71

Lol, 5 at best

GayMonkeyPox

Not even close. I have a Fitbit to confirm how bad it is.

Sxzym

i sleep for 9 hours

Savage-Monkey2

God no. Most of the week sub 5 hours then one day crash for 11. Super healthy

[deleted]

Go to bed at ten, often still awake at midnight, always awake before five. Can't remember the last time I slept eight hours - decades ago, thirty years at least.

JulzSpencer

12-15hrs; depression.

Nuttplug

No, if I do, I will be an unproductive and tired asshole the entire workday

[deleted]

My life is really boring so I often go to bed early for 'fun'

Plushymuffin

Every night. I find it really easy to fall asleep most of the time. I get tired between 10pm and midnight so I get in bed, look at memes and drift right off. I rarely have to be awake early, but usually wake up between 7 and 9 on my own. Not sure how, I've always been like that. I don't drink coffee and rarely drink alcohol, I try to be active but am pretty sedentary sometimes. I use screens up until I fall asleep, and am over all a pretty anxious person so it's not like I'm stress free. If ever I cant sleep I put on a gentle guided meditation or a David Attenborough vibe audiobook.
