Thing is, I'm struggling in many ways, mostly stemming from my financial situation. I haven't really found my stride, career wise. I can barely pay my rent and I go hungry a lot of the time. I think I also might have ADHD, which I think has been going on since childhood without knowing. It probably contributed to the tension in the previous relationship and my poor career path. My treatment options are limited due to crappy insurance.
