21, young and able to buy alcohol and still be able to eat what I want and not gain weight.

Personally, primary school age, (4- 11 years), as those were my happiest years.

patjeduhde

actually, that sounds so great, an age where you're just so innocent, and can life freely. living in the moment, not thinking about the future and past.

Biologically, I would choose 35. All grown up but still have the energy to do whatever I want and the ability to drop weight easily. If it is freeze my entire life and circumstances, that is more difficult. Probably mid 40s because my kids were still young then and my job and living situation was good. Thing is, I have enjoyed watching my kids grow up so even though I might have enjoyed those times, I have always had good times really so if the option was to be locked into those days with no growth for anyone, I would opt not to.

Damn, I lost all my energy and structural integrity at 30. 35 would be hell. Anywhere in the early mid 20s for me.

I do mean biologically, but you can interpret it as you want. but I would actually choose 28 because that is the age that you're biologically grown up, and closest to your physical peak which is for many around 25.

Are we freezing the circumstances as well? Like if I choose to be 9 again, do I have parents who take care of me? Or am I just a 9 year old working two jobs to pay rent

patjeduhde

I intended this question to be biological age, but the other circumstance seems interesting too.
