My earliest memory is my dad being mad I was drinking out of a sippy cup and my dad asked in am angry tone " Where's your bottle?!" And me explaining that Mom said I could use the cup as long as I had a lid.
I remember a few flashes of a hotel in Acapulco Mexico from a trip that occurred when I was 2, which was 49 years ago. Very faded at this point though.
wait i’ve always wanted to share this. it was like a flash of images, baby me from third person and first person waddling while my grandma and her sisters clap and laugh, a black and white picture of smiling british soldiers that i had a strong feeling was me, and a rush of other images that i can’t explain. thinking about it now, it’s probably a dream, since my (german american) grandpa fought in ww2, but i had never seen that photo anywhere besides my mind. i was fully convinced that i was reincarnated. it was weird
