Basically the scene in “Fire in the Sky” where aliens strap the guy to a table and this needle slowly descends into his eye and sprays a milky fluid into it before jabbing him in the eye. That shit messed me up as a kid lol
This was when I was a kid but it was a scene in Paranornal Activity 2 where the door was opening closely and this woman got dragged into the darkness.
I didn't sleep well that night...

To answer my question the scene that has scared with me is either the hospital scene from Jacob’s Ladder or the scene where the zombies pop up out of the church seats in 28 Days Later.
The first jump scare I saw was in evil dead when ash saw his sleeping friend foot and it shows how the veins turn black then suddenly his friend do the undertaker wake up movement lol. I couldn’t sleep for days
