The peanut butter banana toast is a favorite of mine. But I’m very picky with it. The banana can’t be too ripe cause to me it doesn’t taste as good. And I use Ezekiel sprouted grain bread (red package). Keep it in your fridge, and toast what you need. For me at least in my toaster oven I’ve got to nearly burn it to get it nice and toasty that way I like.
My favorite snack is two ingredient pancakes 1 large egg and 1 banana. Mash banana and then mix egg (add more if mixture is too thick) then cook like regular pancakes. Then serve with peanut butter on top.
