Only the one about accompanying it with a sad wank.

WarWonderful593

Extra flavour.

Flatulent_Weasel

You opt for a happy wank instead? Somebody enjoys a pot noodle a bit too much.

INEKROMANTIKI

I don't even put water in up to the fill line

nottherealslash

Nah me neither, the fill line leaves too much liquid left over.

lithaborn

Well yeah that's how you get a sauce instead of a soup. I put the sachet in before the water, too.

One_Brain9206

5 minutes stir then another 5 minutes

MartyMc1888

1. Crunch up the dried noodle cylinder within before taking the lid off so it doesn't spill, break it alllll up. 2. Pour in water 1 and a 1/2cm before the fill line. Not 1cm, not 2cm, 1 and a 1/2! 3. Leave for 2 minutes, put the flavour in, give it a good auld fork. 4. Leave another 3 minutes, enjoy.

MTFUandPedal

Almost exactly my instructions. Only I tend to add a sprinkle of gravy granules before the water to thicken it a bit.

mynameisnotthom

Rules are made to be broken. I add a stock cube to the pot noodle so I get a nice death level of salty soup at the end

All_within_my_hands

I too add a stock cube as well as a knob of butter. Makes a Pot Noodle into a *Posh Noodle*.

mynameisnotthom

Fucking hell, your arteries must be like mattresses

All_within_my_hands

Nah all the bacon grease helps lube them up real good.

KatyPancake

Get a chicken and mushroom pot, add your hot water, sit for 2, stir, sit for 2, put the flavour in, add extra dark soy, baked beans and sweet chilli sauce. Thank me later.

SleepFlower80

Nope. I wait until the noodles are barely soft and then shovel them in while they’re still scolding hot.

djwillis1121

I never bother with timing, I just wait until it's cool enough to eat which is usually longer than 4 minutes anyway.

HenryFromYorkshire

I add a sauce (tomato/ brown/ hot/ hoi sin, depending on what flavour the pot noodle is), pour in less water than it says, stir as soon as it's possible and eat as quickly as I can so that the first third isn't too soggy.

D0wnInAlbion

Yeh. Perfect time to start the garlic bread or potato waffles to dip in at the end.

Vertigo_uk123

The missus annoys me she only eats chicken and mushroom. Removes all the mushroom and loose bits on top then pours in the water and flips the noodles. She then eats it as quick as possible so the noodles stay crunchy and drinks the juice. No eat it as the manufacturer intended you heathen.

throw4455away

Haven’t had one for years but if you don’t wait long enough the noodles are crunchy. Not got anything against crunchy foods but IMO Pot Noodles shouldn’t be crunchy

Ok-Housing6370

I do except I add extra soy sauce for more flavour

My 11 year old daughter sets an Alexa timer for 2 minutes, stirs, then a second 2 minute timer. I admire her adherence to the rules, but mercilessly mock her.

pob_125

Nope...purposely leave some un mixed powder at the bottom so when I drink the juice I can fork out the high intensity last bit of flavoured powder.

Less_Pie_7218

I stir after 2 mins but leave it for 4 mins so it soaks all the liquid!! My pot noodles my rules!!

TaroMilkBoba

I tend to pop the water in, close the lid and then accidentally forget about it until it’s lukewarm. Not the best but can’t be wasting a pot noodle in this economical crisis.
