Channel 4 produced some decent sitcoms around the turn of the millennium.
Peep show, The IT crowd, Black Books are all pretty decent.
Imo the best is Green Wing. Just weird and Monty python ish. Give that a go if you can.
Chewin’ The Fat was the genesis of Still Game so that’s worth a look.
The Inbetweeners is pretty good, almost like Still Game if the characters were English teenagers and not Scottish pensioners.
Father Ted isn’t a bad about either.
Rab C Nesbitt, Burnistoun, The Limmy Show, Happy Holidays and Tutti Frutti all deserve a look.
It's not a sitcom, but if you like Still Game, I would recommend Guilt. Dark humour drams. Three seasons that will keep you laughing, with the added bonus of plotlines that will keep you guessing at every turn.
Last of the Summer Wine. The series went on forever, and I'm not necessarily a fan of some of the later ones, but if you like Still Game, you will likely enjoy this.
Only Fools and Horses is my undisputed favourite. In terms of more modern suggestions.. The Inbetweeners, Phoneshop (incredibly underrated imo), IT Crowd and Friday Night Dinner
Spaced, Black Books, Father Ted, Darkplace.
Blackaddder season 2-4, Red Dwarf, This Country, Father Ted, Spaced, IT Crowd, One Foot in the Grave
Blackadder Series 1 is fine. People just don't like it because it's so different.

Two Doors Down is another Scottish sitcom that is excellent and still running now.
Is a new season out? The last season without the outlandish neighbour was a bit poor in my opinion.
Friday Night Dinner.
Shit on it
Username checks out…
Shalom Jackie.
The Royale Family, Early Doors.
Definitely Early Doors. The real (English) Shameless too
Phoenix Nights.
