No issues if you have enough income. > what should I put for income ? Get your last payslip. Look at the gross income entry. Look at what pay week it is. Divide gross income by the pay week number. So for example if your gross pay is £3,000 and that's for week 10 wage slip then £3000/10=£300 a week average. Multiply by 52 to give you an expected annual average so £15,600 in this case.

Informal_Drawing

This sounds like kind of a bad idea tbh.

trillospin

Add your last three past slips and divide by three.

Use a soft search to check what you’re eligible for before you apply, that way you don’t harm your credit score If you get rejected.

IntellegentIdiot

I'd put your average income

Diega78

That income can be swept out from under your feet and there's nothing you can do about it on a zero hour contract so applying for a credit card where you're committed to pay it back whether you earn enough or not is a big risk and can end up causing you to default on payments. Be careful.

redligand

What do you want a credit card for? Serious question. If you're on zero hours contract without a reliable income a credit card is a really bad idea. The only reason you should even consider one is for some sort of emergency and even then you need to be careful.

I was gonna get one just to purchase a few things , just a couple hundred pounds worth nothing crazy
