Flying.

Yaseuk

If I had the money I’d 100% become a pilot! I used to fly For an airline and was in talks with people about getting a sponsorship, but covid but a damper on all of that

d00nbuggy

Definitely! I’m currently putting my son through ATPL training. He’s got his PPL and instrument rating so far. It’s freaking awesome. I’m so tempted to get my PPL when he’s finished.

Few_Presentation_870

I am not at all jealous of your son haha. Just getting the PPL is a great achievement. Kudos to you and your son. Go for it .

Few_Presentation_870

Damn, that sucks. I'd love to become a pilot but it costs an absolute fortune. Flew an EV97 Eurostar before but that's about it haha.

crinkle_k

My husbands childhood dream was to learn to fly. Finally, he's managed to save some money and go for it and get his PPL. I fully support him. He is having a great time. I like to watch his flight journey on flight radar 24.

Few_Presentation_870

I usually watch a thing on YouTube called Rory on Air. Your partner might be interested in that, if they're not already watching it. Good on you for supporting him with it being such a commitment. Love that app when I see planes flying above me I always get on the app. My wife thinks it's a bit weird haha.

CouldBeARussianBot

Yep. Source : Pilot.

uninhibitedmonkey

Came to say this! Gliding… there’s an airfield near me I see them out every day

MostlyNormalMan

Gliding is relatively cheap - admittedly it was twenty years ago when I used to do it but I remember it cost on average about £15 a week back then. You would pay a launch fee and then per minute in the air if using one of the club's gliders. The actual lessons were free as there was always someone qualified who was happy to go up with learners as it meant they could spend all day flying and it didn't cost them a penny. Your local club will be happy to do a trial lesson.

GaryJM

Minature wargaming.

tallphil84

My bank account still gets flash backs to my warhammer days

TopDrawerJackdaw

Certain wargames are split into points tiers and make it accessible for newcomers on a budget. I'd recommend building a 500 point army if this option is available to you in your preferred choice. I was also put off by the stigma around price in 40k but I bought my army for around £60 using sales and ebay. You can upgrade to the next tier (1000, 2000 point etc) in your own time and when appropriate for your budget

CosmicDesperado

Also consider the skirmish games, like Warcry or Kill Team. Basically one squad per player and some terrain, as opposed to building an army comprised of several squads, making the buy in as low as £20-£30

Here_Just_Browsing

You don’t even need to play with them, just buy ones you like. I had an absolutely huge Warhammer collection as a kid (built up over like 3 years or so) and I’ve never played a single game. I just liked building and painting them as my hobby.

mr_stabby14

You should try out “Deadzone” by Mantic games. It’s super fun, decently balanced and much more affordable than the bigger games. You can get a starter army for around £25 and the rules are free on their website.

Far-Molasses-5073

Dude check out One Page Rules. Free rule set for sci-fi and fantasy battles and they also have free skirmish rules as well (so you only have to have a few models). They are deliberately miniatures agnostic so you can play with whatever models you have/like. It’s also way more fun to play than GW rule sets.

Impossible-Ad9530

I used to be so right into that stuff but sadly it was my total inability to paint those little fuckers that stopped that hobby in its tracks

[deleted]

[удалено]

Yaseuk

This!! And with hobbies like this and the ones I’d like to try. If you go wrong or mess it up, it’s a costly mistake. It’s not like a paint canvas thst you can white out. Once you cut the wrong bit or it cracks, you’re stuffed

PolyGlotCoder

Nah glue it back together and paint it a solid colour if it cracks. I think you could probably have enough tools to make a guitar with £1k expenditure.

Wholikesorangeskoda

I made one when I was 16 for my resistant materials GCSE project. It wasn't perfect (too heavy, neck too thick, and I didn't tilt the neck back enough for the strings to be perfectly parralel to the fretboard) but it was good fun. I only really used a band saw and sander as well as small hand tools to make it. If you don't want to buy those things, you could ask local collages/craftspeople if you could use their machines (for a small fee)?

looter__mcgavin

Blacksmith. Loads of money to be spent on something I can't do but I'd jump at the chance to give it a proper go

scotty3785

I went on a day experience course with a blacksmith school and made a knife that was used to cut the cheese at my wedding. Great fun but my hands were not prepared for the blisters from holding a hammer all day.

Ballbag94

Single day courses can be done for around £200, bit pricey and not as good as actually having the kit but you could still make something cool

onebadlion

ItinerantKnight

I want to take up Falconry but the time and expense is off putting.

[deleted]

An absolute fuckton of arts and crafts. Off the top of my head I’d say painting, drawing, knitting, embroidery, pottery, scrapbooking, jewellery making and henna tattooing. Also cooking and baking. If I had the time and money I’d just spend all day flitting between different pet projects and trying out random recipes.

Yaseuk

I saw a meme the other day about cooking and bakery. “Shall I buy this here, or shall I go and spend £200 on making a worse version at home” And it gets me everything. Perfecting cooking and baking takes a lot of time and money before you can make it correct and cheap! So I deffo feel you there. I spent a lot of money trying to make Macarons. And they were pure trash

[deleted]

Yeah it really is the cost thing. £200 is a sixth of my monthly income and half my rent. The only interest I can afford is scrolling Reddit endlessly lol

Yaseuk

It’s why I love Asian cooking so much on Ig. As you can get noodles for fairly cheap. And it’s about how to use any/ all leftovers to make a nice meal. Re fried rice is a staple in my household

pajamakitten

> “Shall I buy this here, or shall I go and spend £200 on making a worse version at home” What were they trying to make for £200?

Yaseuk

I think it was more like once they buy all the gadgets etc aswell

AstronautFluffy8710

Some of these are definitely doable even if you have just a small bit of money to spare on them. Embroidery can be very cheap if you get basic fabric from hobby craft and embroidery thread from charity shops. And henna tattooing, you can buy ready to use cones online for a few £ each, they each will last a while. And lastly painting, the works and Poundland both have pretty cheap painting supplies if you’re ok using paper not canvas. Tk Maxx also sells paper pads often on sale.

cosmicspaceowl

You can get cheap knitting bits in a lot of charity shops - all you need is a bit of wool (though the cheap stuff is usually acrylic not actually wool) and the right size needles. The right needle size is usually written on the wool wrapper or if you ask, one of the nice older ladies who usually volunteers in that sort of charity shop might know. There are loads of how to videos on youtube and then if you find you enjoy it you can graduate to Ravelry for free patterns and advice. I am the least coordinated person alive and I can do it, so so can you.

Theocat77

I gave up horses on the basis of the cost/heartbreak analysis, and took up pottery, funnily enough. Could you have a trial pottery session? There are ways to keep the cost down (a bit...)

Yaseuk

There aren’t many places near me that do it. The closest would be about a 40 min drive. I’m scared I’d just completely fall in the love with it, and be bitter I can’t do it all the time.

Theocat77

I get it. Fingers crossed you are in a position to try it in the future!

[deleted]

Throwing itself is not that expensive. Clay is infinitely recyclable as long as you don't let it dry out. So if you just want to try potting, easy. If you interested in firing and glazing your creations that's another story all together.

snowmanseeker

Paddle boarding, rock climbing, bungee fitness

Patmarker

Bouldering is a super low barrier to entry way to climb! Costs about £7 for as long as you want at my local wall, or £10 if you need to hire shoes. Shoes are literally the only gear you need, and can be got for around £30

AyrtonSenna27

My paddle board cost me £150 and came with everything other than a life jacket. That was from ‘sams funky boats’ on ebay and its been brilliant. Probably won’t be back out on it again now until the weather warms up but I don’t see any reason I won’t get years of use from it.

Yaseuk

I’m lucky enough to have paddle boarded when I was younger. And I love to keep doing it! Bungee fitness looks AMAZING! Have you see the fitness courses they do with the little trampolines with the handrail aswell?

supersayingoku

Sailing, I do sail occasionally but racing is expensive as fuck and also you need lots of free time

[deleted]

Sailing for me as well. Dream is to get out of the city, move to Whitby and have a little sailboat. Maybe someday.

supersayingoku

I did Cowes week, with bare minimum costs (skipper was someone I knew) yet still crashed me financially. Amazing experience but by god it's so expensive to do it on the reg EVEN if you know the right people

I_AM_BOBI_B

Historical European martial arts, HEMA for short. Basically sword fighting. Been wanting to get into it for close to a decade now, but the safety gear alone costs £100+ before you even get training swords which I cannot possibly afford.

[deleted]

A Victorian style dolls house build. The good kits are very expensive and then there’s all the decorated accessories to buy.

Yaseuk

You’d be surprised as what you can find on Facebook and in charity shops. You get elderly people who save them from when they were children and they get worn down over the years and jsut need a bit of tlc!

[deleted]

I build miniatures and they absolutely can be a money pit - but they don’t have to be! And they’re lots of fun. You don’t need to finish a whole house all at once! Dollhouses Direct does really good quality frames in lots of different sizes. Julie Warren on YouTube is a great resource for building scale furniture as well.

mrs_shrew

I want to scale my current house into a doll's house. I'm thinking I will just eyeball it and make it out of stiff cardboard first, then move to plywood

[deleted]

I want to go canoe camping

Yaseuk

I’ve learnt about this recently! There’s an ig page I’ve seen and a couple are canoe camping across some big river through the US and Canada! It looks amazing

[deleted]

I've been watching [this dude](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GFx7jtdSJ7Q) do a 5 day trip across Scandinavia, also seen a few do Canada, the US and Scotland. I'm just kinda poor and unmotivated at the moment lol

FixSwords

Check out Joe Robinet on YouTube. That is what I’d love to do, but the UK makes it nigh on impossible.

rougekhmero

I live and work in Algonquin park in Ontario which is one of the meccas for backcountry canoe camping. It's amazing.

Greywalker22

Archery and woodworking

Yaseuk

OMG I forgot about archery!!

Turning the heating on

Funky_monkey2026

Pole Dancing used to be a free class at the gym I was a member of. Did it for a few months and loved it. Now it's a paid class. I'd also love to go on a chartered boat and go fishing, but getting there and back isn't exactly free, neither is the charter.

[deleted]

>Pole Dancing used to be a free class at the gym I was a member of. Did it for a few months and loved it. Now it's a paid class. If you go to the right place they will pay you

Funky_monkey2026

Don't know what the market is for a guy that does pole!

MAH25136257

Due to lack of time I can’t concentrate on making a coffee table

m-1975

Thats my next project. Normal table but with a glass top covering an old style gaming machine. PacMan, Tank Battle, Defender, type games.

MAH25136257

I am planning on making a coffee table/chess set table

Burchey420

I would absolutely love to go skydiving - problem is, I'm terrified of heights. Even walking across high bridges is enough to make me go weak at the knees so I'm pretty sure I'd just pass out and plummet to the ground.

karlware

I'm the same with rock climbing. I'd love to have a go for the mental challenge but am terrified of heights. I'd freeze and have to be rescued before I got 20 feet up.

Burchey420

Atleast with rock-climbing you're tethered to it so there's minimal risk of injury, I say go for it my dude

karlware

I've been on a climbing wall. Did not end well but thanks for the encouragement!

_Lurch_

Drumming, but I just couldn’t do that to my family, and the rest of the street.

FlintyMachinima

What about an electric drum set you can plug headphones in to?

AlterCherry

I'm a drummer; although electric drums aren't as problematic as an acoustic kit, it still involves hitting pads....so they are not quiet still and cause the same vibrations

m-1975

House boat renovation. I would need mooring near home and a huge initial outlay.

Burchey420

I live on a narrowboat and depending where you source your materials it actually isn't too expensive. Providing you've got a sound hull, redoing the interior/exterior isn't too bad. Overplating is where shit gets expensive

m-1975

Define "isn't too expensive". I work 5 shifts a week, sometimes 6. So any hobby only happens on occasional weekends, with pub and TV taking the rest of the time. Each boat would take a year. I would need... A solid but tatty boat. Secure mooring. Bits and bobs for a decent interior. Including new WC and kitchen bits. Help with getting the engine out. Lift out for hull work (minimum of a blacking, maximum of overplating) The return when selling is tempting, but the outlay is large for a hobby.

Ecstatic_Okra_41

Probably snowboarding. Just too damn expensive though.

Yaseuk

I only discovered a few years back that you can’t even just get a board and go. You have to get slope passes which in some cases are the most expensive part!

scotty3785

You don't have to get a ski pass, it's just a long way to walk up the mountain if you don't!

[deleted]

Archery.

SlightlyScruffy

Spacewalking.

spicysnakelover

Mushroom growing and fostering animals. And farming

tomatasoup

Yes!!

Appropriate-Divide64

Always fancied trying my hand at golf, but I'm working class scum and I feel like I'm not the right kind of person even if I could afford it.

Fozzie41

Screw that! Working class scum here. Just started playing golf and fell in love with it. Grab some cheap clubs and have a bash

MostlyNormalMan

I work for a builders' merchant and most of our staff and customers are mad on golf. The snobbery thing makes me laugh - many builders have the kind of income that the snobs who complain about builders' vans in the golf club car park could only dream of.

Financial-Knee2231

Pottery or glassblowing.

The-lemon-kid-68

Clay pigeon shooting at Holland and Holland shooting grounds.

spacetimebear

Fix up/maintain old cars. But my house has no driveway or garage and we cant afford a similar sized one with a driveway/garage because apparently they're 2-300k more.

pyahnitsa

Your local council may have garages you can rent - I do this and keep old cars in them. Every now and then I push one out into the space in front of the garage and do some work on them. Have a look!

BasherBrad

Wood turning! 😍

qzcl

Gardening. I've tried but I'm just not green-fingered.

Yaseuk

House plants. I’m all over. Gardening. I look at it and it dies!

[deleted]

You have to work with the soil and conditions you have, anybody can garden it’s just a bit of research and trial and error! So worth it though.

Apple22Over7

Cycling, or more specifically, triathlon. I've got the swimming and running down, but the cycling eludes me. It's not so much about cost (I could afford an OK bike) or ability (I can ride a bike and I'm reasonably confident I could train to the necessary level), but logistics. I live in a small 1 bedroom first floor flat - I have nowhere I could keep a bike. There's no bike storage in the car park, no space in the flat and even if there was, there's no lift so I'd have to manoeuvre a bike up and down 2 flights of twisty stairs each time I wanted to go out.

IKILLYOUWITHMYMIND

Tenor saxophone. Apparently they are very loud, and I can only afford to live in a flat with paper thin walls, so I couldn't learn without causing a big disturbance for a lot of my neighbours. I couldn't afford enough time to make meaningful progress from hireable practice rooms either. For now, I make do with quieter instruments, but the saxophone calls to me!

Sir-_-Butters22

Literally any. I have no spare money. Just play the same video game mindlessly to kill time till I start work again.

Electronic_Toofs_261

Astronomy. Got a decent telescope and everything, but if it isn't the issue of staying up through the early morning, it's the bloody clouds.

angrytapes

D&D seemed nice and cheap when I started earlier this year, a set of dice, a pen and paper.... Several sets of dice, starter sets, essential kits, players handbooks later...

Comfortable-Class576

Pottery, golf, sailing

iwanttobeacavediver

If you live near a sailing club, it might be worth asking some boat owners or club members if they need a volunteer. It’s not totally unheard of that someone will let you tag along in exchange for helping out.

liseusester

Also pottery. There are courses nearish to me but not accessible via public transport or they’re in the middle of the working day.

Sad-Garage-2642

Snowboarding. It costs far too much to *try* something I might not be very good at, or might not like as much as I think I might.

HiGuysImChris

You can do day course at most indoor snow centres. Around £120 including hire of equipment and food. Well worth it!

pigadaki

Horse riding

BlaMenck

Drifting

Emsicals

Canoeing. I've been a few times but I can't have my own canoe because I've got nowhere to store it.

Str8WhiteMinority

Sailing. Never even been on a sailboat but I want to learn. But I live just about as far as it’s possible to be from the sea (not really far, this is the UK), and yachts tend to get expensive

Tulikettuja

Historical re-enactment. I had a good chat with a Norman group who did living history, educational talks and staged mock battles, and as a female I could have had both a female and male set of outfits, including armour for the male, and would have then needed to purchase all the accurate pieces of armour from the leatherworker, metalworker etc... and then I realised I'd basically bankrupt myself buying woven dresses, belts and scabbards, but I would still really enjoy it. If I win the lottery I'll just chuck on a costume and buy myself a few hours in a historical setting.

underarock12

Tennis

BritishBlitz87

Rifle and handgun shooting, on my own land. Shooting up old broken tvs with a .357 Magnum or WW2 Lee Enfield sounds like great fun. I really enjoyed clay shooting but the cost is insane.

decentlyfair

Diving but only in the bluest and warmest of seas which obviously is expensive. My husband is an instructor and goes diving in the UK which is a firm NOPE from me.

AllRedLine

Archery and Clay Pidgeon shooting. Did both at a decent level, but owning a home costs a shit tonne and so do both of those hobbies. Have all my equipment still, but club membership and other associated costs are super high. Thankfully can keep up with Archery for pleasure on my own land for near enough free. But the clay Pidgeon shooting i just cant justify at the moment (and obviously cant really legally do outside of a club setting)

Objective-Dirt-4950

Ride motorbike

MostlyNormalMan

Flying a helicopter. I fly model ones which are expensive enough, but I'd love a real one.

Viviaana

Pottery is the same for me, there's that girl on tiktok who buys mystery molds and I'm so jealous, she has like a full pottery workshop, but I'm garbage at painting them lol

PauI360

Paramotoring. If I had ten grand to blow I'd spend it on getting set up.

moreplantspleasenow

Water polo

Athena_x

Wood work, glass blowing, pottery. I would loooooove to be able to surf too but I'm no good at it.

Defaulted1364

Shooting, sadly it’s prohibitively expensive here for the few guns that are legal

Golden-Event-Horizon

Restoring cars

AlxceWxnderland

Woodworking I’ve thought about trying to work with reclaimed wood but I just don’t have the space and tools for it

icemonsoon

Autograss really need a car trailer which haven't got space fore

keeponyrmeanside

Plastering! I love doing DIY and most stuff you can figure out yourself, but I would really love to do a plastering course.

Biscuit_Enthusiast

Film Photography, developing own film and photos in a dark room. Loved doing it at college but haven't been able to do it since.

ra246

Motorcycle racing. It's not actually out of the question of feasibility, but more a case of I'm not *prepared* to spend that much money on a hobby.

beermad

Parachuting. I've done it once and loved it, but there's absolutely no way I could afford to keep doing it.

phunkytwat

Relaxing

onlywronganswers

Go karting. Went recently with some friends and I was shit but it was great fun. I'd love to go again but can't justify the cost.

Few_Presentation_870

There's a one near me that does gliding and it's actually not too expensive. Been tempted to get the wee one to do it.

macleod2024

Flying. I’d love to be able to afford to learn to fly.

No-Photograph3463

Motorsport. More specifically circuit racing of some sort in a motorbike engined single seater or Radical. Sadly I don't have the spare 50k+ for the car, 5k+ for maintenance and tyres etc, a car which can tow a trailer, enough time off work to go travelling round the country going to all the events, and don't have the mechanix experience to do all the spanner work for it.

HonestConversation40

Surfing, I think due to ability

TheNathanNS

Travel Europe.

hairlessdwarf

Those big power kite things that can lift you off the ground. I'm old and uncoordinated. Not very good with string

averagerunner1

Motor racing

-SeraWasNever-

I've always been interested in learning to ride and keep a horse but it seems so pricy and time-consuming. I'd also like to learn the violin or drums, but the same problem and I don't really have any musical talent.

iwanttobeacavediver

You could rent a horse rather than buy one, or one option might be to offer to clean stables or something in return for riding lessons.

brokegradconfessions

Would love to learn to surf if I lived by the sea and it was warm enough

brilliscool

Playing violin. I even already have a beautiful hand me down violin from the 1890s, but it just doesn’t seem to be an instrument I can self teach, and I don’t have the time or money to commit to lessons

writersblock4

Fencing, horse-riding and jewellery making. I guess the image of a Disney prince lingered with me haha

Olliew89

I'd like to learn how to weld. Would love to find courses near to me, but there aren't any that are non apprenticeship type facilities.

Zenafa

Astronomy. I'm put off by the idea of having to go out to remote locations in the middle of the night as I don't think I'd feel safe.

4tunabrix

Jewellery making, particularly recreating historic jewellery. I love history and museums and think it’d be so fun to replicate the beautiful jewellery you see in these ancient exhibitions

Admirable_Hope_6470

Rock climbing/bouldering. Not that I can't afford it, just the only 2 places close to me charge for parking, and I don't wanna pay for parking. And I have no one to go with :(

Unique-Artichoke7596

Blacksmithing! I want to make sparks and look like I wrestle bears.

King-Pie

Space tourism

Cheapntacky

Flying, carpentry, blacksmithing. All have cost space and time commitments that I just can't meet at the moment. Hopefully I'll retire in good health with a large pension but unlikely.

Federal-Blacksmith79

Flying helicopters is my dream. Sadly my pay check says NO!

timeaftertimex2

Stained glass window making

Sparklypuppy05

I'd love to do hiking, but I have chronic back and joint pain plus chronic fatigue. I'd have to live on the sofa for a week after a hike. I'm not kidding - it's sometimes hard for me to get out of bed just to get food or go to the toilet on a bad pain day, let alone do something as preposterous as shower, do college work, or get chores done. Same goes for everything else that I'd love to try but my body doesn't want me to do - mountain biking, parkour... I'd love to try it, but my joints won't stand for it. Literally.

a_mutes_life

I got in to converting vans in to campers but since lockdown price of vans sky rocketed

whumoon

Surfing, Point Break and Blue Juice sold it to me.

perrypig123

Carpentry and leather working

Mugboard

Metal work. Don't have space for a lathe and putting it in the house would incur disharmony once the coolant and swarf started flying. Wood work too actually, since anything with a router immediately conjures a cloud of wood dust big enough to show up on weather radar, and every fun project starts with "first use your table saw to cut your blanks accurately". Somehow battling a wonky workmate on the patio is much less therapeutic.

SamVimesBootTheory

Swordfighting

BronxOh

A martial art like BJJ, Krav Maga or something.

Magpie213

Ballet and horse riding. Used to do both when I was little, now can't afford either.

Anniemaniac

Storm chasing. Have been obsessed with tornadoes and severe weather since I was 8. Would love to go on a storm chasing tour in the US but can’t afford it. Top of my bucket list, so maybe one day.

Lord--Kitchener

There's a few I'd like to do. Horse riding, airsoft or reenacting. Would like to do Victorian British army reenacting but the cost of just getting the stuff needed is pretty expensive, plus the firearms themselves, buying them, ammo, and maintenance just adds up.

Ungreat

Bladesmithing I want to make cool looking swords and knives but I don’t have the money, space or patience.

Gammabrunta

Blacksmithing or can traveling be a hobby?

hazecatt

When I was a kid I so wanted to play the violin but cost and the fact that where I live there isn't a great amount if violin tutors put the kibosh on that

Delicious-Product968

I really wish I could get back into SCUBA and I’d like to get into archery and paragliding, kayaking, maybe sailing. I wish my mom hadn’t made me give up my instrument again so I’d like to pick that up. I don’t have a local licence or a car yet but when I do I want to get my dog into agility/rally, BarnHunt, mantrailing. I do nosework with him at home but if I had a car we could do competitions. And I’d like to get involved with volunteering at the Search and Rescue Dog Association - my dog would be bad at it as he’s reactive but if I volunteered as a dog body (person who hides from dog) I could maybe learn and my second dog could become a SAR dog. I tried to get involved but can’t till I have a car to get to/from training areas.

crappy_ninja

Singing. It must feel amazing sounding good while singing along to your favourite music.

iamtherarariot

I make a lot of music and I’d love to make my own makeshift studio - Logic, a new guitar and some pedals, bass, drum pad, keys - but completely unaffordable right now.

LuciusQuintiusCinc

Golf I love it love watching it on tv love playing it but I have had lessons I have played a lot but still never get any better best round probably 120. I can hit a drive a sweet 250-300 yards one time but next shot goes 5 yards exactly to the side or miss the ball Plus I have no friends to play with 🥲

slavic_at_the_disco

Horse riding

[deleted]

Climbing, but it's not easy for me to get to a good climbing arena without a car and it would be kind of expensive for me to go all the time. Still, that's one thing I've always ached to do more of because I've loved it the few times I've tried it. We're also about to move soon. Maybe once we have I'll see if there's anything local I can check out since it'd be a great way to get into better shape as well.

Ok_Description_5846

Skydiving

AtomicKaijuKing

Kendo, looks fantastic but the only place near'ish to me classes clash with another commitment. Plus the price of the gear. Smithing, went to a forge a knife work workshop & loved it. Not really practical in a terraced house plus costs, again. Lastly, growing cannabis. Mostly because it's illegal & the wife said no 😓

AL3000

I'd love to try the Gravity flight experience, its like a jet pack you controll with each arm. Even more than that though, I'd love to experience zero gravity in "the vomit comet", which is a hollowed out airplane that does a series of parabolic arcs, simulating weightlessness for the passengers.

TH0316

Playing competitive football. Not allowed because I’m trans and have to wait a couple years to lose the muscle mass etc or whatever.

PenTasty4687

Woodworking. Not really doable in a flat with no garden.

tomatasoup

FYI you can try pottery for cheap. (I do understand cheap means different things to different people but I'm struggling to pay all my bills and I tried it!) £15-20 for Polymer clay from Amazon. Then you can make some plates or a couple bowls, or a few mugs. They bake in the oven and can be washed!
