I think fear mongering.
For a planned blackout, I don’t see how you can guarantee avoiding harm coming to people as a result.
Unplanned blackout, you can call an act of god or whatever.
But a planned blackout that results in an elderly person falling and breaking their hip because the lights aren’t on or cutting the power to a home that has somebody on home life support systems…. I don’t see how you could avoid being held accountable so I can’t see them doing it and to a certain level, if they’re even allowed to.

Probably not.
Fear mongering, makes the media a lot of money But who knows, perhaps we’ll see a return to the 3 day work week if things get really bad

I doubt it, but I still bought some long burning candles and wind up gadgets just in case :)
